Calling is fastest — we answer Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. If it's outside those hours, or you'd rather not call, fill in the form and we'll get back to you.

We'll call you back to find a time. You do not need a referral from your dentist to be seen.
Please keep it brief. Give us your name, a phone number and a sentence about what it's regarding. Don't include medical history, insurance numbers, photographs or anything else private — this is an ordinary website form, not a secure medical portal. We'll take all of that safely once we speak.
Before your first visit
Your first appointment is a consultation. We'll examine you, usually take a 3D scan, and talk through what we've found and what the options are. You'll leave with a written treatment plan and a price on it — not a decision you have to make on the spot.
Bring a list of any medications you take, and your insurance card if you have one. If your dentist has sent x-rays or notes, tell us who they are so we can make sure we have them.
You can also fill in your registration paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you.
