We use and disclose it only as permitted by those laws, which includes treatment, payment, and health care operations. Who we share information with
We share information only with people and companies who help us run the practice and care for you. This includes your insurance company, dental laboratories, referring and treating dentists, and the software providers we use to run the office. These companies are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party content on this site
Some pages embed content from other companies: patient videos hosted by Vimeo, and maps provided by Google. When those load, the provider may set its own cookies and see your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply to that.
