We are a specialist referral practice. We do the surgery, we keep you informed, and we send your patient back for their restorative and routine care. We do not compete with you for it.
How a referral runs.
The short version: your patient is seen quickly, you hear from us at every stage, and nothing is done to their restorative plan without talking to you first. Send us the hard ones. Complex cases are reviewed by both of our board-certified periodontists before a plan goes back to you.
- We see them promptly Urgent cases — acute infection, a failing implant, a patient in pain — are worked in. Tell us it's urgent when you send it and we'll find room.
- You get the consultation report Findings, our diagnosis, the CBCT if we took one, and the treatment plan we've proposed. Before treatment starts, not after.
- We plan around your restorative work Implant position is a restorative decision as much as a surgical one. If you have a view on emergence, angulation or what you intend to restore it with, we want it before we place anything.
- We stay in our lane We do the surgical phase. Your patient returns to you for the crown, the bridge, the denture and their ongoing care. We don't take on their general dentistry.
- You hear when it's done A post-operative note, healing timeline, and a clear indication of when the site is ready for you to restore.
- We share the maintenance For periodontal patients we'll usually alternate maintenance visits with your hygienist rather than take the patient off your books.
What we take on
- Single and multiple implants, including immediate placement
- Full arch reconstruction — All-on-X
- Sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, socket preservation and L-PRF
- Soft tissue grafting and root coverage
- LANAP laser therapy for patients who won't accept conventional flap surgery
- Failing implants and peri-implantitis — LAPIP, regenerative treatment, or removal and replacement. Remove the crown, place a cover screw or healing abutment, and send them straight away.
- Periodontal therapy, regenerative procedures and crown lengthening
- Extractions with site preservation, and oral biopsies
- Wisdom teeth, including impacted lower thirds close to the nerve — assessed on CBCT before we touch them
- Cases needing IV sedation or general anesthesia — a CRNA comes to us for longer surgery

Continuing education, locally.
We run a study club for referring dentists in the region — case-based evenings on implant planning, grafting, soft tissue management and periodontal diagnosis, taught by our own doctors and visiting speakers.
The format is deliberately practical: real cases, what worked, what didn't, and what we would do differently. Bring a case you're stuck on.
